STORE STOCKHOLM uses a payment exchange supplied by PayPal. PayPal is responsible for full security when you use their payment services. Information is encrypted during the purchase to prevent any unauthorized access. You can pay by VISA, MasterCard and American Express. STORE STOCKHOLM does not charge any additional fee when you use this payment method.

 

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy are payable by our customers. STORE STOCKHOLM cannot give any guarantees or estimates as to whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. Your package will be delivered in cooperation with Svenska Posten [the Swedish postal service] and their partners worldwide. Packages are normally delivered within 7-14 working days. After this period, we presume that your order is available for collection from your local postal service. You will be notified of the arrival of your package by the traditional means in your country.

If you are unable to collect your package, we will be obliged to charge you the real shipping cost. We currently charge 29€ for uncollected packages. Please remember that if you wish to return your package, you must first collect it.

 

Certain products may take somewhat longer during high season or during periods when the volume of deliveries is greater. We do our best to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.

 

Order goods which are stored at our external partners are subject to different delivery times. These are specified for each product. The delivery time is calculated from the date when our supplier promised to deliver the product to our warehouse to be packed along with any goods from our own warehouse.

 

 

You have a right to return the goods within 14 days from when you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and with all labels attached. Fill in and attach the return slip included in the package (returns without a completed return slip are returned unopened to the sender).

 

If you wish to return any products you can take advantage of free return shipping by using the address label included in your package. You can also download the address label from the website for returns free of shipping charges. A handling charge is payable for returned goods, for the moment 9,90€.

 

Refunds on returns are made to the card you used for the purchase. We refund the full value of the goods, minus return handling charge. Refunds on returns are made within one week from when we receive, approve and process your return.

 

You can exchange a product by placing a new order yourself on our website. That minimizes the risk that the goods you wish to exchange your goods for may sell out before your return has reached us. The new order also includes new shipping charges. For that reason, no exchange is booked and no offsetting takes place when we process your return.

 

If your package has external damage, you should make a complaint to your local postal service. If you only discovered the damage when you opened the package at home, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions.

STORE STOCKHOLM pays the original shipping for damaged or incorrectly-dispatched goods. Our customer service must always be notified in advance of any claim at order@davidniklas.com. We do not pay compensation for claims which are not notified in advance or which are not returned by a shipping method approved by us.

 

We assume no liability in the event that goods are sold out or for any stock balance errors that may occur.

We shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or performance of, our obligations provided to you in connection with this website arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including, but not restricted to, the following: Invasion, act of war, act of God, act of Government, Failure in information technology or telecommunications, labor dispute, fire, flood, industrial action, explosion of civil commotion.
